Refund policy

We do our best and hope you'll fall in love with our products. We recommend new customers to familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product before committing to purchase.

 

UNOPENED PRODUCT

If for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange for unused and unopened products in its original condition. The order has to be returned to us within 3 working days. To start a return, please contact us at hello@balmista.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order.

OPENED PRODUCT

Due to the nature of our business and the highest hygiene standards, we do not provide refunds for used or opened products.
